Director - Audience Understanding & Message Creation
Amy Carroll Amy Carroll

Finding words to propel an idea, product or cause is often not far from the mind of this thoughtful talent.  A fanaticism for research and connecting ideas is integral to Amy’s creative work.

It’s a process that has served her well, both in her early career as a performing artist searching for a character’s voice, and currently in her dedication to create compelling, industry-changing content and identity language for client cause and product offerings.

Formerly with McCann Healthcare Worldwide, Amy produced content for medical events and conferences.

With two global law firms – Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP – she developed best practices, focused on social media strategy and analytics and leveraged complex relationship data contributing to a $79M revenue increase.

Earlier, with Sports Management Strategies International, Amy researched Fédération Internationale des Échecs [FIDE] metrics for marketing targets and developed fundraising drives in 227 countries for global sports/education initiatives.

Throughout her career, Amy has developed a network of expert sources and media professionals to whom she turns as client needs require.

Whether from her solid foundation in the performing arts and experience in business and nonprofit enterprises, or from a story culled from current events, or a chivalric romance from 1304, Amy easily navigates ambiguity with provocative clarity.

And always with a clear focus on client ambition.

A Canadian-American, with her early years spent in Italy and Greece, then studying languages and singing professionally with global artists, for Amy threading multiple cultures is second nature, as diverse cultures and beliefs are a valued part of her life.

Awarded a Master of Music degree from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, Amy performed in Salzburg, Austria, studied with acting coach Bruce Miller, and began her doctoral studies.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters at Florida Atlantic University.  Amy continued her education by learning from top ad industry professionals at the highly regarded School of Visual Arts in New York and, according to Advertising Age, New York's "hippest ad school," Adhouse NYC.

Amy’s work delivers a dramatic, indelible outcome – turning heads and influencing minds – whether before an audience of 15,000.

Or one.
